Bike & car service reminders
Kickstand is a service and expense log for riders and drivers with one vehicle or several: motorbikes, scooters, cars and trucks. Log service visits, fill-ups and odometer readings, see what each vehicle costs, and get reminded when maintenance is due.
Features
Date or distance reminders
Get reminded by date, distance or both, whichever comes first. For distance, Kickstand estimates the due day from your odometer readings. It sends a reminder on the due day at your chosen time, and again if a job goes overdue.
Service visits
Log a visit with several jobs at once, each with its own cost, sharing the date, odometer and shop. Choose built-in service types or add your own, and see it all by month in History.
Fuel and consumption
Log fill-ups with litres, total cost and station. Kickstand works out consumption from one full tank to the next in L/100 km or L/100 mi, along with price per litre and cost per distance.
Monthly and yearly spending
See spending by month or year and by category, fuel included, for one vehicle or all of them. Each entry keeps its own currency; Kickstand never converts between currencies and shows totals per currency.
Receipt photos
Add up to 4 receipt photos to each service visit or fill-up, and a photo of each vehicle. Photos come through the system photo picker, which gives Kickstand only the photos you pick.
Back up, restore, export
Back up now makes one file with your vehicles, records, fill-ups, reminders, photos and settings; restore it with Add to my garage or Replace. Export CSV saves service records and fill-ups for a spreadsheet.
Private by design
There's no account to create. Your data is stored only on your iPhone and in your own device backups; we never receive it. Read the privacy policy.

Fuel is logged in litres. Default reminder intervals are the same for every vehicle, so check them against your owner's manual. A backup file contains all your Kickstand data. Anyone who has the file can read it.
