Kickstand — Privacy Policy

Kickstand is designed so that your information is stored only on your iPhone and in your own device backups. We don't collect, see, sell or share any of it.
Who we are
Kickstand is made by an independent developer. Contact us through the support page.
What the app stores
Everything you enter (your vehicles, service and fuel records with their costs and notes, odometer readings, reminders, vehicle and receipt photos, and your settings) is stored only inside the app on this iPhone, protected by iOS data protection, and in your own device backups if you use them.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no account and no servers, doesn't send your information over the internet, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking. Its only connections are to web pages you choose to open.
When data leaves your iPhone
Only when you choose. When you export, back up or share something, it goes where you send it. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS includes the app's data in those backups, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
Permissions
Notifications for maintenance reminders. Photos are chosen with the system photo picker, which gives the app only the photos you pick. You can change these at any time in Settings › Kickstand.
Crash reports
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may share crash and performance reports about the app with us. Apple collects these, not the app.
Keeping and deleting
Your data stays until you delete it. Delete All Data in Settings removes everything the app stores, straight away, except the small record the app uses to avoid asking you for a rating too often. Deleting the app also removes its data from this iPhone. Before an app update changes how data is stored, and before a restore, the app keeps an automatic safety copy of its data on this iPhone (at most three of each, never included in iCloud or computer backups); Delete All Data removes them. Items you delete one at a time disappear at once and are erased from the live data within 30 days; an automatic safety copy made before then may still contain them until it is replaced. Files you exported, and earlier iCloud or computer backups, stay until you delete them.
Children
Kickstand is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You control your data in the app. Contact us with any question.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version comes with an app update and on our website, with a new effective date.

Quyền truy cập

Báo cáo sự cố

Lưu giữ và xóa
Dữ liệu của bạn được giữ cho đến khi bạn xóa. Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu trong Cài đặt xóa ngay mọi thứ ứng dụng lưu, trừ một ghi nhận nhỏ để không hỏi bạn đánh giá quá thường xuyên. Xóa ứng dụng cũng xóa dữ liệu của nó khỏi iPhone này. Trước khi một bản cập nhật thay đổi cách lưu dữ liệu, và trước khi khôi phục, ứng dụng giữ một bản an toàn tự động trên iPhone này (tối đa ba bản mỗi loại, không bao giờ có trong bản sao lưu iCloud hay máy tính); Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu sẽ xóa chúng. Các mục bạn xóa từng cái sẽ biến mất ngay và bị xóa khỏi dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày; một bản an toàn tự động tạo trước đó có thể vẫn chứa chúng cho đến khi được thay thế. Các tệp bạn đã xuất, và các bản sao lưu iCloud hay máy tính trước đó, vẫn còn cho đến khi bạn xóa.
Trẻ em
Kickstand không hướng tới trẻ em và không thu thập dữ liệu từ bất kỳ ai.
Quyền của bạn
