Wordly — Privacy Policy

Wordly is designed so that your information is stored only on your iPhone and in your own device backups. We don't collect, see, sell or share any of it.
Who we are
Wordly is made by an independent developer. You can reach us through the support page linked in Settings, or by email when Settings shows Contact the developer.
What the app stores
Your learning progress (the words you learn and star, and when each is due for review), your learning history (the day, time zone and source of each word you learn or review, your daily word plans and the words you open in the app), your goals and your settings are stored only inside the app on this iPhone, protected by iOS data protection, and in your own device backups if you use them. The word list itself is part of the app.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no account and no servers, never sends your information over the internet, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking. Its only connections are to web pages you choose to open.
When data leaves your iPhone
Only when you choose. When you export, back up or share something, it goes where you send it. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS includes the app's data in those backups, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
Permissions
None is needed. Wordly does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or notifications. Listen uses your iPhone's own speech voice, on the device.
Widgets
The widgets show your words and progress from a small summary the app keeps in a folder on this iPhone that only Wordly and its widgets can read. When you tap Mark learned on a widget, the widget saves a note in the same folder, and Wordly adds it to your progress the next time you open the app.
Crash reports
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may share crash and performance reports about the app with us. Apple collects these, not the app.
Keeping and deleting
Your data stays until you delete it. Delete All Data in Settings removes everything the app stores, including the widget summary and any widget taps not yet added, straight away, except the small record the app uses to avoid asking you for a rating too often. Deleting the app also removes its data from this iPhone. Before an app update changes how data is stored, and before a restore, the app keeps an automatic safety copy of its data on this iPhone (at most three of each, never included in iCloud or computer backups); Delete All Data removes them.
Children
Wordly is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You control your data in the app. Contact us with any question.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version comes with an app update and on our website, with a new effective date.

Wordly se diseñó para que tu información se guarde solo en tu iPhone y en tus propias copias de seguridad del dispositivo. No recopilamos, no vemos, no vendemos ni compartimos nada de ella.
Quiénes somos
Wordly es obra de un desarrollador independiente. Puedes contactarnos a través de la página de soporte enlazada en Ajustes, o por correo electrónico cuando Ajustes muestre “Contactar con el desarrollador”.
Qué guarda la app
Tu progreso de aprendizaje (las palabras que aprendes y marcas con una estrella, y cuándo debes repasar cada una), tu historial de aprendizaje (el día, la zona horaria y el origen de cada palabra que aprendes o repasas, tus planes diarios de palabras y las palabras que abres en la app), tus metas y tus ajustes se guardan solo dentro de la app en este iPhone, bajo la protección de datos de iOS, y en tus propias copias de seguridad del dispositivo si las usas. La propia lista de palabras forma parte de la app.
Qué recopilamos
Nada. La app no tiene cuentas ni servidores, nunca envía tu información por internet y no contiene analíticas, publicidad ni rastreo. Sus únicas conexiones son a páginas web que tú decides abrir.
Cuándo salen los datos de tu iPhone
Solo cuando tú lo decides. Cuando exportas, haces una copia de seguridad o compartes algo, va adonde tú lo envías. Si usas Copia en iCloud o haces una copia de seguridad de tu iPhone en un ordenador, iOS incluye los datos de la app en esas copias, que Apple gestiona según su propia política de privacidad.
Permisos
No se necesita ninguno. Wordly no usa tu ubicación, tus contactos, tus fotos, la cámara, el micrófono ni las notificaciones. La función Escuchar usa la voz sintetizada de tu propio iPhone, en el dispositivo.
Widgets
Los widgets muestran tus palabras y tu progreso a partir de un pequeño resumen que la app guarda en una carpeta de este iPhone que solo Wordly y sus widgets pueden leer. Cuando tocas “Marcar como aprendida” en un widget, el widget guarda una nota en esa misma carpeta, y Wordly la añade a tu progreso la próxima vez que abres la app.
Informes de fallos
Si en los ajustes de tu iPhone eliges compartir análisis con los desarrolladores de apps, Apple puede compartir con nosotros informes de fallos y de rendimiento de la app. Los recopila Apple, no la app.
Conservación y eliminación
Tus datos se conservan hasta que los eliminas. “Eliminar todos los datos”, en Ajustes, borra al instante todo lo que guarda la app, incluidos el resumen de los widgets y los toques en widgets que aún no se hayan añadido, excepto el pequeño registro que la app usa para no pedirte una valoración con demasiada frecuencia. Al eliminar la app también se borran sus datos de este iPhone. Antes de que una actualización de la app cambie la forma de guardar los datos, y antes de una restauración, la app guarda una copia de seguridad automática de sus datos en este iPhone (como máximo tres de cada tipo, nunca incluidas en las copias de seguridad de iCloud ni del ordenador); “Eliminar todos los datos” las borra.
Niños
Wordly no se dirige a niños y no recopila datos de nadie.
Tus derechos
Como no tenemos ninguno de tus datos, no hay nada a lo que podamos acceder ni que podamos corregir o eliminar. Tú controlas tus datos en la app. Contáctanos si tienes cualquier pregunta.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, la nueva versión llegará con una actualización de la app y estará en nuestro sitio web, con una nueva fecha de entrada en vigor.

개발자 소개
Wordly는 독립 개발자가 만들었어요. 설정에 링크된 지원 페이지를 통해 연락하거나, 설정에 개발자에게 문의하기가 표시되는 경우 이메일로 연락할 수 있어요.
앱이 저장하는 정보
학습 진행 상황(학습하고 별표한 단어와 각 단어의 복습 예정일), 학습 기록(학습하거나 복습한 각 단어의 날짜, 시간대, 출처, 일일 단어 계획, 앱에서 열어 본 단어), 목표 및 설정은 iOS 데이터 보호 기능으로 보호되는 이 iPhone의 앱 내부와, 기기 백업을 사용하는 경우 본인의 기기 백업에만 저장돼요. 단어 목록 자체는 앱의 일부예요.
저희가 수집하는 정보
아무것도 수집하지 않아요. 이 앱에는 계정과 서버가 없고, 사용자의 정보를 인터넷으로 절대 전송하지 않으며, 분석, 광고, 추적 기능을 포함하지 않아요. 앱이 연결하는 곳은 사용자가 열기로 선택한 웹 페이지뿐이에요.
데이터가 iPhone 밖으로 나가는 경우
사용자가 선택한 경우에만 나가요. 무언가를 내보내거나, 백업하거나, 공유하면 사용자가 보낸 곳으로 전달돼요. iCloud 백업을 사용하거나 iPhone을 컴퓨터에 백업하는 경우 iOS가 앱 데이터를 해당 백업에 포함하며, 이 백업은 Apple이 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리해요.
권한
필요한 권한은 없어요. Wordly는 사용자의 위치, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크 또는 알림을 사용하지 않아요. 듣기 기능은 기기 내에서 iPhone 자체 음성을 사용해요.
위젯
위젯은 앱이 이 iPhone의 폴더에 보관하는 작은 요약 정보를 바탕으로 단어와 학습 진행 상황을 보여 줘요. 이 폴더는 Wordly와 해당 위젯만 읽을 수 있어요. 위젯에서 학습 완료로 표시를 탭하면 위젯이 같은 폴더에 메모를 저장하고, 다음에 앱을 열 때 Wordly가 이를 학습 진행 상황에 추가해요.
충돌 보고서
iPhone 설정에서 앱 개발자와 분석 정보를 공유하도록 선택한 경우, Apple이 앱의 충돌 및 성능 보고서를 저희와 공유할 수 있어요. 이 보고서는 앱이 아니라 Apple이 수집해요.
보관 및 삭제
데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관돼요. 설정의 모든 데이터 삭제를 사용하면 위젯 요약 정보와 아직 반영되지 않은 위젯 탭 기록을 포함해 앱이 저장하는 모든 것이 즉시 삭제돼요. 단, 평가를 너무 자주 요청하지 않도록 앱이 사용하는 작은 기록은 예외예요. 앱을 삭제하면 이 iPhone에서 앱 데이터도 삭제돼요. 앱 업데이트로 데이터 저장 방식이 바뀌기 전과 복원하기 전에는 앱이 이 iPhone에 데이터의 자동 안전 사본을 보관해요(각각 최대 3개이며 iCloud 또는 컴퓨터 백업에는 절대 포함되지 않음). 모든 데이터 삭제를 사용하면 이 사본도 삭제돼요.
아동
Wordly는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 누구로부터도 데이터를 수집하지 않아요.
사용자의 권리
저희는 사용자의 데이터를 전혀 보유하지 않으므로 저희가 열람, 정정 또는 삭제할 데이터가 없어요. 데이터는 앱에서 사용자가 직접 관리해요. 궁금한 점이 있으면 문의해 주세요.
변경 사항
이 방침이 변경되면 새 버전이 새로운 시행일과 함께 앱 업데이트와 저희 웹사이트를 통해 제공돼요.

Wordly được thiết kế để thông tin của bạn chỉ được lưu trên iPhone của bạn và trong các bản sao lưu thiết bị của chính bạn. Chúng tôi không thu thập, xem, bán hay chia sẻ bất kỳ thông tin nào trong số đó.
Chúng tôi là ai

Ứng dụng lưu gì
Tiến độ học của bạn (các từ bạn học và gắn sao, và thời điểm mỗi từ đến hạn ôn), lịch sử học (ngày, múi giờ và nguồn của mỗi từ bạn học hoặc ôn, kế hoạch từ vựng hằng ngày và các từ bạn mở trong ứng dụng), mục tiêu và cài đặt của bạn chỉ được lưu bên trong ứng dụng trên iPhone này, được bảo vệ bởi cơ chế bảo vệ dữ liệu của iOS, và trong các bản sao lưu thiết bị của chính bạn nếu bạn dùng. Bản thân danh sách từ là một phần của ứng dụng.
Chúng tôi thu thập gì
Không gì cả. Ứng dụng không có tài khoản và không có máy chủ, không bao giờ gửi thông tin của bạn qua internet, và không có phân tích, quảng cáo hay theo dõi. Kết nối duy nhất của ứng dụng là tới các trang web bạn chọn mở.
Khi nào dữ liệu rời khỏi iPhone của bạn
Chỉ khi bạn chọn. Khi bạn xuất, sao lưu hoặc chia sẻ nội dung nào đó, nội dung đó sẽ đi tới nơi bạn gửi. Nếu bạn dùng Sao lưu iCloud hoặc sao lưu iPhone vào máy tính, iOS sẽ đưa dữ liệu của ứng dụng vào các bản sao lưu đó, và Apple xử lý các bản sao lưu này theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của chính Apple.
Quyền truy cập
Không cần quyền nào. Wordly không sử dụng vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, camera, micrô hay thông báo của bạn. Tính năng Nghe dùng giọng đọc có sẵn của iPhone, ngay trên thiết bị.
Tiện ích
Các tiện ích hiển thị từ vựng và tiến độ của bạn từ một bản tóm tắt nhỏ mà ứng dụng lưu trong một thư mục trên iPhone này, nơi chỉ Wordly và các tiện ích của Wordly mới đọc được. Khi bạn chạm vào Đánh dấu đã học trên tiện ích, tiện ích sẽ lưu một ghi chú vào cùng thư mục đó, và Wordly sẽ đưa ghi chú đó vào tiến độ của bạn trong lần tiếp theo bạn mở ứng dụng.
Báo cáo sự cố
Nếu bạn chọn chia sẻ phân tích với nhà phát triển ứng dụng trong cài đặt của iPhone, Apple có thể chia sẻ với chúng tôi các báo cáo sự cố và hiệu năng của ứng dụng. Những báo cáo này do Apple thu thập, không phải ứng dụng.
Lưu giữ và xóa
Dữ liệu của bạn được giữ cho đến khi bạn xóa. Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu trong Cài đặt sẽ xóa ngay lập tức mọi thứ ứng dụng lưu, bao gồm bản tóm tắt cho tiện ích và các lần chạm trên tiện ích chưa được thêm vào, trừ một ghi nhận nhỏ mà ứng dụng dùng để tránh hỏi bạn đánh giá quá thường xuyên. Trẻ em
Wordly không hướng tới trẻ em và không thu thập dữ liệu từ bất kỳ ai.
